Nestled on the South Coast, Langstone Quays is a luxury 4 star waterfront hotel only a few miles from Portsmouth. We make the most of the area’s Maritime history with a harbour cruise and a visit to the Historic Dockyard. Spend time in Winchester with its 900 year old medieval cathedral. Completing the tour with a visit to nearby Arundel and the South coast.
On the harbour cruise, larger groups will be split on two time slots. Please note HMS Victory is currently completely covered in scaffolding for a ten year conservation. Access to inside the ship is still available & unaffected by the conservation project.

Tuesday: Portsmouth Historic Dockyard & Boat Cruise
After breakfast take the short drive into Portsmouth, with its rich and illustrious naval history. Entry is included to the world famous Historic Dockyard - the home to some of the most iconic ships ever to sail the seas. HMS Victory, HMS Warrior, The Marie Rose Museum are all waiting to be explored. In the afternoon set sail on a Harbour Tour and get up close to the modern Royal Navy in a way few ever get to experience. Get unparalleled views of the modern frigates, destroyers, and aircraft carriers that call Portsmouth their home. Live commentary will talk you through each of the ships currently in dock, as well stories from Portsmouth Historic Dockyard’s past and present.
Wednesday: Winchester & The South Downs
Only 30 miles away lies the city of Winchester. Discover one of the finest medieval cathedrals in Europe. With a captivating history and magnificent architecture, Winchester Cathedral has been a living place of worship and welcome for over 900 years. Time free to explore this quintessential English city. Take a scenic drive back to Portsmouth through glorious South Downs countryside.
Thursday: Arundel & South Coast
Nearby is Arundel, dating back over 1000 years. It is a thriving market town on the fringes of the South Downs, overshadowed by the vast Arundel Castle. Time free to wander the narrow streets and alleyways with its independent shops, contemporary art galleries, restaurants, cafes & delightful drinking spots. After lunch, rejoin your coach and we head back along the coast stopping off at the coastal resort of Bognor Regis - named the sunniest place in Britain. Grab an ice cream, take in the sun on its golden beach or take a stroll along the Promenade and pier.
