Tuesday Isles of Mull and Iona
Embark on a ferry journey with your coach for a scenic 55-minute crossing to magical Isle of Mull. As you explore the island, head south, passing the impressive Duart Castle en-route to Fionnphort. Take the short ferry crossing as foot passengers to the sacred Isle of Iona.. Leisurely wander the island, adorned with a white sandy beach and charming pathways. Iona, a historic pilgrimage site, is recognized as the birthplace of Christianity in the UK. Included is entry to the renowned Abbey, serving as the final resting place for over 100 Scottish Kings.
Wednesday Oban & a Wee Dram
Savour leisure time in Oban, exploring the town at your own pace. Delight in the charm of quirky boutique stores and cozy tea rooms. Established in 1794, the local distillery stands at the town's heart. It is one of Scotland's smallest & oldest distilleries. Included is an intimate tour and tasting experience. (Note visits may be staggered based on group size.)
Thursday Fort William & Lovely Lochaber
Following Loch Linnhe’s shoreline, the 44 mile scenic drive leads to Fort William for sightseeing. The afternoon is dedicated to exploring the highlights of Lochaber. Nearby lies Neptune's Staircase, where boats of various sizes navigate the 8 locks of the Caledonian Canal. The tour then proceeds to Gairlochy, running alongside the famous canal, offering photo opportunities to capture the magnificent views of Ben Nevis and the Great Glen at the renowned Commando Monument in Spean Bridge.
