“I find the ferry networks so confusing, this is where The team comes into their own, we just turn up and it’s all arranged for us.” UK Coach Operator
With the demand for Singles holidays increasing, we have added a package staying on one of Scotland's most popular Islands - Bute. The package is available in spring, summer and autumn and not only explores Bute with its magnificent views and beaches, but also the tour ventures into the picturesque Highlands and to Inveraray as well as exploring the Cowal Peninsula, with visits to castles included. The hotel selected for this programme is an elegant 3* hotel dominating the Rothesay skyline, and all ferries are included in the price.

Wednesday: Dunoon & The Holy Loch
This morning head north along the coastline of Bute to catch the short ferry crossing on to the Scottish mainland at Colintraive. The day continues over the Kyles of Bute, stopping for photos before descending into Dunoon - the maritime gateway to Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park. Dunoon is famous for its Victorian Pier and attractive promenade. Time free to explore the town with its shops, galleries & cafes. After lunch we continue along the shoreline to see the famous Holy Loch, before returning to Colintraive for the short ferry crossing over to Isle of Bute..
Thursday: Loch Fyne & Inveraray Castle
A fabulous day awaits as we leave the island and head north into the Highlands, along the shoreline of spectacular Loch Fyne. It is the longest loch in Scotland, 40 miles long. On the shoreline of Loch Fyne is the ancient town of Inveraray. It is here, that thousands of Highlanders were forcefully transported to Australia after the Jacobite risings, and a visit to the Gaol is worthwhile. In the afternoon, we have arranged a private viewing and guided tour of Inveraray Castle, before returning to Bute for your final nights stay.
